Cancellation & Refund Policy
As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service on telephone +91 – 40504880 (Monday – Friday, 10AM – 5PM).
If the package has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within one day of receipt of the products.
In case you are not satisfied with our products, we have a “no questions asked” 7 days return policy only on unopened merchandise. We will refund the full value of the product after deducting the shipping charges. Please ensure that the product being returned is unused and is in its original packaging. Babeezworld reserves the right to reject the return if the packaging has been opened and the product looks to be used.
To place an order for return please call our customer care number at 011 – 40504880 (Monday – Friday, 10AM – 5PM). We will intimate the courier company to pick up the product from your address.
Refund will be made in the following manner:
Paying by credit/debit card:
The refund amount will be credited to your credit/debit card account.
Paying by Internet Banking
The refund amount will be credited back to your bank account.
Please allow 7 – 10 business days after receiving the product for any refund to appear in your credit card account. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after for credit to be applied to your account.
If the payment mode was using Cash on Delivery, we will dispatch a cheque within 7-10 working days. Refund Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
