1. What is Babeezworld?
Babeezworld is an online store for infant and baby products. We cater to the needs of our buyers (mothers buying for their kids) right from the time the kid is born up till he/ she is 4- 5 years old.

3. Where are the offices of Babeezworld located?
Currently our office is in New Delhi where our warehouse is also located. All the orders are shipped centrally from New Delhi.

4. What products does Babeezworld sell?
We sell products of all the leading brands in infant and kids across sections right from diapers, baby food, infant accessories, gears (strollers, high chairs), nursery furniture, footwear and garments to toys and customized products. We also stock items from some of the leading importers and domestic manufacturers of the country.

5. How will I know if you have received my order?
After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id confirming the order along with all the details such as order number and the list of items ordered.

6. How do I check my order status?
We will ship within 24hrs of receiving the order. We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company. Alternatively, you can check the same in My Account page, all relevant shipping details will be mentioned for your easy reference.

7. Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online at
In the time of credit card fraud and identity theft, we are sensitive to the fact that individuals are afraid of using their credit cards online. Therefore, we have the highest security standards. Our web servers are fully secure and safe. We do not store any credit card information except the last 4 digits and the expiration date. This information is encrypted while storing. All payment information is 1024 bit SSL encrypted. Although we have taken these precautions, you are requested to ensure the secrecy of the account password for your safety.

8. What if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will notify you at the time of check out if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hrs and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made (i.e. Credit Card or Cheque) within 10 working days. Some items (which are restocked regularly) and is temporarily out of stock may appear on display with an out of stock tag. You can add the same to your wish list and we will notify you when the stock item becomes available.

9. Will I be charged for Entry tax?
You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

10. How long will it take to receive my orders?
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

11. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

12. Who pays for the shipping charges?
Babeezworld provides free shipping on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 1000. Otherwise Rs. 50 or 10% of the invoice amount which ever is higher is charged as shipping charges.

13. What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

14. What is your Return Policy?
We have a ‘no questions asked’ 7 day return policy only on un-opened items. Also please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer. In case of damage to the original packaging or the goods Babeezworld reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. Please send us a mail at to obtain a Return Receipt Number before you ship the item back to us. No goods will be accepted without a Return Receipt Number.For goods bought on discount the return will be through Babeezworld Gift coupons/certificates.For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects please send us a mail at to obtain a Return Receipt Number. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.

15. What options do I have while making payment?
We accept payments by debit or credit card and also through Net Banking.

  • When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select “Pay By Cash-on-Delivery”.
  • You will then be asked to verify your cellphone number. Your cellphone number is necessary for us as well as our courier partner, in case we need to get in touch with you regarding your order or its delivery.

  • Once verified and confirmed the order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.
  • You will be required to make a Cash payment only (no cheques or DD’s will be accepted) to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.
